Emirates to Deploy A380 Aircraft for Special Mauritius Service

Dubai based carrier, Emirates has announced a one-off A380 service to mark the celebrations of the 45th anniversary of Mauritius’ independence in March, 2013.

The recent development is sure to bring smile to the faces of international holidaymakers who prefer booking flights tickets with the carrier instead of cheap airlines in order to experience superior onboard products aboard its sleek A380 on the route.

The carrier has been offering flights tickets between Dubai and Mauritius since the year 2002 usually using its 777-300 aircrafts. The carrier’s special A380 flight will also be the first ever commercial A380 service to land in the island country. The A380 aircraft have long been one of the most suave and sleek aircrafts in the sophisticated Emirates’ fleet.

In December 2012, the airline enhanced its flights frequency on the route and started offering tickets for double daily flights increasing its total number of services from 12 flights weekly to 14 weekly flights in a bid to meet the ever increasing tickets demand by tickets buyers on the popular route.

Those waiting to fly aboard Emirates' sleek A380 on the route between Dubai and Mauritius now have a chance to reserve their tickets on special flight EK 701 which will arrive in Mauritius at 09.40 on 12th March 2013. The return service EK 702 will depart from Mauritius at 23.20 the same day.
